Leading Notes Online Music Education Magazine: New Issue
I’m excited to report that Leading Notes, an online music education magazine, has just published its latest issue. The July 2012 edition is full of great articles related to the theme, “Educating the New Educator”and is related to their previous issue which “took a look at Educating the New Musician”. The current issue is divided into six sub-sections:
- The Power of Reflection and Assessment

- Learning Across Subjects
- The Cooperating Teacher and Student Teacher
- Conferences: Development on the Road
- Learning Online
Justine Dolorfino, one of the editors for the magazine, asked me to write a brief history of my journey regarding online music education and social media for this issue.
